ECONOMIC CONSULTING AND TRAINING
For the purposes of ECONOMIC CONSULTING AND TRAINING, our company has two innovative prototype tools supporting the activities and management processes in the area of ECONOMIC INFORMATION.
THE PROTOTYPE OF THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS)
An interdisciplinary decision support and management process optimization system called PROTOTYPE of the Integrated Management System (IMS). It was developed and implemented in the years 2012-2015 in a Krakow-based company from the food industry with the participation of EU aid funds (Małopolska Regional Operational Program). One of the main goals of this project is to maximize the financial performance of any SME type while minimizing risk using an interdisciplinary approach.
The scientific supervisor and the main designer of the IMS PROTOTYPE, which at that time received the highest rating in the field of INNOVATION, was our current consultant, a former professor at the University of Business in Krakow, Józef Wilk.
PROTOTYPE OF THE MICROSERVICE MODULAR PACKAGE
The tool which is the PROTOTYPE of the MPM Microservice Modular Package has been developed in our company for two years. The system supports effective monitoring and global optimization of high-quality food production processes in the target group of medium and small companies interested in a constant increase in their market competitiveness using innovative methods of computer-aided management decisions. It should be emphasized that management problems in this group of enterprises are rather complicated and require an interdisciplinary approach, as traditional operational and strategic controlling algorithms must cooperate with numerous risk monitoring procedures (physical, chemical and microbiological) and solutions to counter their effects. On the other hand, medium and small food processing companies must attach great importance to ensuring the lowest possible production costs, which results from high prices of high-quality raw materials and limited turnover and investment resources.
Both PROTOTYPES are programmed in MS EXCEL and VISUAL BASIC for APPLICATIONS (VBA) spreadsheets. In order to obtain the most inexpensive product possible (for the MPM PROTOTYPE), individual algorithms will be designed to adapt them to the so-called microservice technology.
Because (due to the lack of sufficient universality) the algorithms / microservices we develop; ZSZ and MPM have only a PROTOTYPE character, so they are directly suitable only for conducting TRAININGS. During the TRAINING COURSES, the basic role of these two tools will be (based on numerous simulation algorithms) to demonstrate computer support for OPTIMAL managerial DECISIONS and to verify various management postulates using the so-called EVIDENCE BASED ARGUMENTATION.
Thus, only in the process of a possible ECONOMIC CONSULTING for a specific client, our PROTOTYPE solutions will gradually take on the features of WORKING tools (by adapting individual algorithms to the specificity of the company currently under consideration).
